We have three sizes of bags: large, medium and mini. All the bags have a soft 6" edge piece that really helps contain those small pieces. There are no other bags on the market designed with this edge piece or have the quality that Swoop Bags offer.
Large: 36" x 6" edge piece
Medium: 22" x 6" edge piece
Mini: 16" x 6" edge piece + cord locks
Lucky for us, there is something special about Swoop Bags as we have a very low return/exchange rate. Swoop Bags wants one thing: Happy Customers! Our return/exchange policy is simple: we will gladly exchange your Swoop Bag(s) or refund your purchase within 14 days. We do ask that your items be in unused/original condition because we can't resell any bags that have been taken out of the original clear bag and used. We are a small company and we hope you understand. ALL sales are final on SALE items.

Orders are processed and ready to ship between 1-2 business days. We ship all packages via USPS Ground Advantage 3-5 day delivery service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your order and tracking information.
International Orders:

Orders are processed and ready to ship between 1-2 business days. We ship all packages via USPS Standard Shipping which can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on your country's customs and duty procedures. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your order. No returns/exchanges on international orders. We are not responsible for any duty fees that might incur or lost or stolen packages.
Canvas Swoop Bags:We recommend only cleaning your bags if necessary. Spot cleaning your Swoop is best if just a small area is dirty. You can machine wash these bags (COLD only/hang to dry) but due to the nature of this natural cotton fabric, the canvas will become slightly wrinkled after washing. You can iron or steam clean to fully get the wrinkles out. If your bags are not dirty but have collected lint amongst the toys or have dust/lint on the outside of the bag, empty toys into a container, shake out your bag and place it in the dryer for 15 minutes on NO HEAT. Voila! Feels like new!
Nylon/Poly Bags: These bags are made from tough, durable fabric (like backpack material). If you have to wash your bag, we recommend spot cleaning first. If you need to machine wash your bag, do so on COLD only and hang them to dry. If your bags are not dirty but have collected lint amongst the toys or have dust/lint on the outside of the bag, empty toys into a container, shake out your bag and place it in the dryer for 15 minutes on NO HEAT. Voila! Feels like new!
